Strawberry and Kiwi Smoothie

Our Strawberry and Kiwi Smoothie is a blast of vitamin C! This healthy smoothie is great if you’re watching your calories for weight loss or if you want to get you’re daily dose of vitamin C!
- 1-2 Kiwis
Low fat yogurt (250g)
Low fat milk (250ml)
Honey (2 tablespoons)
For this smoothie you can use frozen or fresh strawberries and you can use low fat strawberry yogurt instead of normal low fat yogurt.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them up to pieces.
- Put the kiwi, strawberries, yogurt, milk and honey into a blender container. Allows watch out for your fingers!
- Cover the blender with the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth. Keep blending until all the kiwi and strawberries have been broken up.
- Pour into your glasses and serve with straws.
