Interpretation

Positive Single Leg Twist

Pain, inability to perform maneuver, audible “clicking” or crepitus: Knee joint pathology, arthritis, meniscal lesion, ligamentous strain, internal derangement

Clinical Notes

Synonym: Disco Test

Examiner should provide patient with some support or be ready to catch the patient should they lose their balance
