Positive Single Leg Hop
- Hip pain: Hip joint pathology, arthritis, femoral neck or head fracture
- Local femoral, tibial, fibular or calcaneal pain: Pathology in the region corresponding to the pain
This maneuver is useful as a general screen to help localize the specific location for a detailed regional physical exam.
