Indications

Linder’s Sign can indicate lumbar nerve root compression in patients with lower back pain.


Procedure

  1. Patient supine or seated
  2. Examiner passively flexes patient’s head & neck.

When this test is performed supine, it is very similar to Brudzinski’s.
